![]() She wrote the Spanish grammar and the grammar review. The four web-based organizations she developed have a package of exercises for use as resource material in Spanish, Chinese, French, and Italian. It is hosted by Blackboard and includes teachers' biographies, news, links and videos, among other resources. She developed the MLD Web Page, and she brings it up to date on a regular basis. She is also an active researcher and creator of web pages online to help the professors and the students of MLD. These documents, PPT, handbooks, and flyers will also help subsequent committee members run a successful, safe, and consistent Study Abroad program (Spain) at BMCC. As the co-coordinator of the Study Abroad (Spain), she have been instrumental in setting guidelines in writing and in developing informational documents for students, faculty, and staff interested in developing and/or taking part in Study Abroad Programs at BMCC. Her service to the college includes the membership of several committees. In Barnes and Noble, She gave a presentation on her book about Elisa Lerner. One of her latest research and publication projects involves the study of Victoria de Stefano's works. ![]() In the area of literary studies, she works mostly in narratology and narrative, but she also has great interest in technology, fractals and their relationship with the displacement of the narrator in Latin American literature. As a professor who teaches classes on the weekend, she asked the MLD chair to open a 103 Spanish course for those students who are heritage speakers or who have a basic command of conversational Spanish. She have piloted the textbook in her SPN 200, 103 and 210 classes and keep editing, adding, and improving the book.
